2021 Bay of Plenty 5 Course Classic filling fast
WELCOME
New for us in 2021, the PaR nz Golfing Holidays Team will be the new Tournament Director and Event Managers for the famous Bay of Plenty 5 Course Classic. We are delighted to be working with the 5 host courses and enjoying the summer at the beach in Mt Maunganui.
The Bay of Plenty 5 Course Classic is one of New Zealand's longest running multi-course golf tournaments and will celebrate 26 years in 2021. It has a huge following of golfers with over 70% of the field of 300+ golfers having played in previous years. Many members from the 5 host clubs also join in each year.
Dates: Monday 18th January 2021 to Friday 22nd January 2021
Tournament packages include 5 rounds of golf playing over 5 days at Mt Maunganui GC, Omanu GC, Omokoroa GC, Tauranga GC and Te Puke GC. A casual welcome and prize giving function is included along with a player pack and a great daily and overall prize table.
Enter before 1st October 2020 and pay the early bird rate of NZ$275pp. After the 1st October the tournament rate is NZ$295pp
Members of the 5 host clubs pay NZ$275pp as the local rate.
Limited to the first 500 golfers entered, the tournament is open to men and women golfers, ages 20+, maximum handicap limits of 36.4 for men and 36.4 for women apply. The competition format is single Stableford, playing in handicap divisions over the 5 rounds. Lets us know your travel mates and you will be scheduled to play on the same courses during the week.
Carts, trundlers, a mid way dinner function for golfers and partners, wine twin packs and FootJoy tournament shirts are available as optional extras.
For 2021 our wine partners include Trinity Hill Wines, our beer partner Asahi and our golf partner, Titleist-FootJoy.
