2024 Golf New Zealand Women’s Senior Handicap Foursomes

Motueka Golf Club, Tasman

Monday 18 – Thursday 21 November 2024

OVERVIEW

One of the most popular foursomes events for senior women, the 2024 Golf New Zealand Women’s Senior Foursomes will be hosted by the Motueka Golf Club. The club was  awarded the 2018 Holden NZ Golf Club of the Year.

The course is delightful and picturesque and will be a warm welcoming club for the competitors in 2024.   Reviews note that straight drives are essential with ‘tight-ish’ fairways and conditioning always of a high standard.  Parkland, trees and birdlife a plenty with great views of the Tasman!

The New Zealand Women’s Senior Handicap Foursomes is managed under contract for Golf New Zealand,  by Denise Langdon of PaR nz Golfing Holidays. The format includes three days of handicap foursomes match play after 18 holes qualifying net. After qualifying, competitors are put into flights (of 16 pairs per division) which are seeded based on their net score. If inclement weather or for any other reason the event is disrupted the Championship committee may alter the format and the number of rounds played.
