Welcome golfers to South Africa 2026

South Africa- the Rainbow Nation - this is a fantastic destination which excites us in so many ways and why we will return on tour in May 2026.

A tour with challenging and dramatic golf from some of the world’s leading golf architects, amazing game drives and wildlife that only South Africa can offer, world-class food and wine and scenery that simply delights.  Will you join us in 2026? Read on!

Our 21-day tour starts in Fancourt – one of the country’s leading golf resorts.    We stay 4 nights here and begin our South Africa Golf Challenge with 3 rounds of golf – two at Fancourt, including the private Links course, and an off-site round at the spectacular Pinnacle Point.

Arrive early on tour and play extra golf – play the Nicklaus Simola Course or have  another round at Fancourt – there are 4 course to choose from, all designed by none-other-than Mr Gary Player – including the newly opened ‘Links Experience’. This breathtaking addition to Fancourt’s world-class golfing portfolio offers a unique and versatile playing experience, catering to golf enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels.  The Links Experience is an intriguing par 34 layout featuring one par 5, three par 3s, and five par 4s. To enhance flexibility, the course boasts dedicated par 3 tee-boxes, allowing players to opt for a purely par 3 experience if they wish.

From Fancourt we travel west along the Garden Route via Hermanus, a charming seaside village, to Arabella Golf Resort where we stay two nights. We play Arabella – designed by South Africa’s leading golf architect (after the Black Knight of course) – Peter Matkovich.

We then travel to Cape Town for a luxurious 5- night stay at the deluxe 5-Star Cape Grace Hotel. In Cape Town we play golf at Steenberg, Pearl Valley and De Zalze – three leading courses. We also take in Table Mountain and a visit to Robben Island.

A tour highlight has been and will be again for sure – 3 nights at Kruger National Park on a full board basis – that’s all food and drinks included!  Safaris morning and night to see the Big 5 with golf at the private Leopard Creek (both the 18 Hole Championship course and the 9-hole Executive course) – designed by Gary Player.

We finish our 2026 tour with 2 nights at the 5-Star Royal Livingstone Hotel in Zambia visiting the magnificent Victoria Falls from both the Zambia and Zimbabwe sides.  An evening cruise and finale dinner to see you on your way on the 17 May. Bon Voyage till next time.

Post the main tour – you may like to consider 4 days / 3 nights on the 5-Star Rovos Rail which includes time at Hwange National Park and Matobo National Park – another full board basis where you finish at Pretoria, not far from the Johannesburg International Airport. If you have not done a luxury train journey before, from our own personal recommendation, this is the one to do.

Have we tempted you yet? Places are limited to 28 golfers and from past experience – the PaR nz led South Africa tour sells out within weeks, if not days! So be in quick and register your place now!
