March 2024: PaR nz Autumn Blog - coming to you from Millbrook ....(photo taken 2023 Autumn - no, there is no snow on the mountains, yet!)

Kia Ora Golfers from a sunny Millbrook where we have just seen history being made with the first Japanese winner of the NZ Open – well done Takahiro Hataji and well done to Millbrook. For our first time – PaR nz was an official sponsor of the NZ Open offering a place on our 2025 Grand Europe Golf Tour for a Hole in One. While an ace eluded the Pro Am golfers on the tough par 3 hole we got a lot of publicity from the TV coverage.

Last week we launched our Grand Europe Golf Tour for July 2025 – 19 days touring 6 fabulous cities – Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Lake Bled, Milan and Evian playing 10 championship courses along the way. Our 22nd annual Millbrook Masters with the support of the Millbrook Resort and Mora Wines to be staged in November 2024 was also released with Mora Wines offering a wine reward for early bird entries.

On the good news front – Napier GC has re-opened their full 18 holes after the devasting floods from Cyclone Gabrielle last year. Napier is one of four courses in our annual Hawkes Bay 4 Course Classic line-up. The tournament will be sponsored again by Trinity Hill Wines and hosted 4-8 November 2024 entries open now.

Look out for our 2025 destinations to be advertised later this month – South Africa 2025 with Victoria Falls as a new inclusion. With The Open returning to Royal Portrush our 2025 Ireland tour will be massive. So don’t miss out.

Back to our 2024 tournaments - coming up in March we are off to Rangiora for the NZ Women’s Autumn Cup– we have  a full field of women golfers from all around NZ. Denise is packing her bags for Abu Dhabi where she will attend AGTC a golf tourism trade show waving the NZ flag.

In May is our 7th annual Copthorne Bay of Islands 4 Course Classic including the world class Kauri Cliffs – places are still available. In June we are off on tour with a full group to Canada one of our favourite golf destinations – it can’t get any better playing golf with views of The Rockies and bears! Canada 2025 is on sale with only 4 places remaining.

We are off to Ireland and Scotland in July 2024 -The Open returns to Royal Troon with its famous Postage Stamp Hole. Then Paris awaits for the 23rd Olympic Games and PaR nz will be there at Golf Le Nationale to watch the Olympic Golfers and host a fabulous tour around Northern France.

For August & September we are back to Fiji – we still have limited places left for our Denarau Women’s Golf Classic and Villa Teams Challenge. Later that month we have our Danang Sixes Tour to Vietnam, sorry folks 2024 is sold out but look out for 2025.

To cap off our 2024 year we still have 4 places available on our Tasmania Tour in November.

Please contact us for full information about our 2024 and 205 tours or check out our website.

Best for golf fun in March - cheers Kim, and the PaR nz team
